Responsibilities

  • Maintain ETR file and Sales kit.
  • Attend to all walk –in customers on showroom days as per roaster circulated monthly
  • Attend to all phone enquiries within 5min of receiving the enquiry
  • Conduct promotional events to generate enquires as per calendar
  • Make cold calls to generate enquiries
  • Track prospects, by maintaining ETR and DCR file
  • To maintain lost sales report
  • Follow up with customers post delivery within 3days and to ensure everything was satisfactory
  • In case of any complaints or grievance, attend to the customers immediately, resolve the problem and to get the satisfaction letter within 3 days
  • To book orders, by analyzing the needs of the customer.
  • Based on your gross salary target should be achieved montly (Enquiry:5 perday) (Booking:10 minimum) (Target:8)
  • To deliver vehicle as per promised Date and time.
  • To maintain high standards and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • To sell accessories while take booking.
  • 100% Test Drive Accuracy and Home Visits to be done
  • To ensure discipline and dress code at all times.
  • To keep an eye on the competition activities in the market and update the TL immediately.
  • To be courteous to customers at all times and keep in regular touch with them to get regular referrals.
  • To update product knowledge from time to time and be precise in talking to the customers.
