Sales Consultant

Department: Sales

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Experience: >2yrs

Key function: Selling New Cars


  • Maintain ETR file and Sales kit.

  • Attend to all walk –in customers on showroom days as per roaster circulated monthly

  • Attend to all phone enquiries within 5min of receiving the enquiry

  • Conduct promotional events to generate enquires as per calendar

  • Make cold calls to generate enquiries

  • Track prospects, by maintaining ETR and DCR file

  • To maintain lost sales report

  • Follow up with customers post delivery within 3days and to ensure everything was satisfactory

  • In case of any complaints or grievance, attend to the customers immediately, resolve the problem and to get the satisfaction letter within 3 days

  • To book orders, by analyzing the needs of the customer.

  • Based on your gross salary target should be achieved montly (Enquiry:5 perday) (Booking:10 minimum) (Target:8)

  • To deliver vehicle as per promised Date and time.

  • To maintain high standards and to ensure customer satisfaction

  • To sell accessories while take booking.

  • 100% Test Drive Accuracy and Home Visits to be done

  • To ensure discipline and dress code at all times.

  • To keep an eye on the competition activities in the market and update the TL immediately.

  • To be courteous to customers at all times and keep in regular touch with them to get regular referrals.

  • To update product knowledge from time to time and be precise in talking to the customers.

Customer Relationship Executive

Department: Service

Minimum Qualification: UG

Experience: >1 Year

Key function: Customer relationship executive


  • PSF with the customer by service advisor on the very next day of the vehicle delivery and customer care executive on 3rd day from the date of billed. ( note: vehicles which are on hold due to one or the other reasons at workshop wherein bill was taken, those cases should be pre-informed to customer care executive before 3rd calls generated )

  • PSF data should be downloaded from NDMS and data should be feed in to Master sheet for further tracking.

  • During 3rd day PSF, if customer gives rating less than 8 on a scale of 1~10, shall be considered as dissatisfied customers.

  • Maximum lead time to close the complaint is 72hrs. if the customer care executive & CRM found difficulty in closing the complaint, same should be escalated to SM on the 4th day and on the very next day (5th day) it should be escalated to GM and 7th day to VP/SVP/COO.

  • Random audit of satisfied customer and dissatisfied to satisfied customers should be done by CRM daily and Branch Head by every week and Division Head by 15days once.

  • Customer meet should be organized every month at workshop by customer care team. During the meeting explanation / presentation along with demonstration on the vehicle shall be carried out as per the following.

  • Customers who have not visited in last one year should be verified with Master sheet on status of customer and data should be shared to Service Marketing team.

Service Advisor

Department: Service

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Experience: >1yrs

Key function: Selling New Cars


  • To obtain service loads in daily basis

  • To ensure VAS from customers for promotion jobs - Lakhs

  • To obtain Daily satisfaction index & SOP to be rated

  • To ensure workshop automotion 100% tab

  • To Obtain extended warranty from customers

  • To ensure discipline and dress code at all times.


Department: Service

Experience: >5 Years


  • To ensure high level of safety while driving vehicle inside the workshop

  • To follow direction of the floor controller meticulously

  • Always being available

  • To ensure no damage to the vehicles and follow driving and parking SOPs

  • Keeping the parking / aisle area congestion free all the time

  • To assist floor controller in maintaining free movement of vehicle within workshop

  • To ensure discipline and dress code at all times.

Car Technician

Department: Service

Minimum Qualification: ITI

Experience: >1 Years

Key function: Car Servicing


  • To ensure maintenance and repair on customer vehicles

  • Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment

  • Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience

  • To ensure basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation

  • Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts

  • Help keep repair shop clean and organized

  • To ensure discipline and dress code at all times.
